Romp Vendor
Registration Form.
Attention:
You must furnish your own Electrical Requirements,
{generator, lights, plugs and extension Cords} or purchase a
lot from the campground.
Note:
Exhibit/Vendor Space Rental does not include Conference
Registration. Attendance and participation in romp events
requires additional Romp registration fee. Vendor agrees to
provide their own signs, tents, trailers, and tables.
Vendors will be responsible for their own security of their
provided space. Vendor’s location on grounds is first come
first served for booths or trailers. Register early will
secure place on the grounds.
Please bring a white sheet to cover the vendor table each
evening. Vendor agrees not to hold American Legion or the
American Legion Riders responsible for any lost or
unaccounted for items. All Vendor Displays are to open by
10:00am and remain open during the day and evening on
Friday, Saturday and may close early afternoon on Sunday.
Vendor/Exhibitor Space Rental Cost: $25.00
